2. What we will do
We will implement a Company OS inside your Notion workspace, paired with targeted consulting sessions to help Mikel and Huzaif architect Gorelo for scale.
The OS will:
- Create one hub for vision, planning, roles, metrics, and workflows.
- Give you visibility across product, support, GTM, and engineering.
- Replace founder bottlenecks with documented ownership and clear lanes.
- Let Notion AI answer real questions over your own data.
- Lay the groundwork for future automations and AI agents.
The purpose:
Move Gorelo from “the founders run everything”to a company that scales through structure, ownership, and AINot the founder’s bandwidth.
3. Engagement plan and timeline
A 90–120 day engagement in three phases.
Phase 1: Vision, alignment, and operating model (Weeks 1–4)
- Deploy the Company OS into your Notion workspace.
- Run deep ops consulting sessions with Mikel and Huzaif to extract:
- 3–5 year direction and exit criteria
- Annual targets
- Early GTM strategy
- Product priorities
- Set up:
- Vision + Identity Hub
- Annual + Quarterly planning cycles
- Early company scorecard
- Outcome:
- You stop navigating with intuition and move toward a real operating model.
- Investors see a company with direction, not reactive execution.
Phase 2: Roles, workflows, team clarity, and knowledge (Weeks 5–8)
- Map the company into the OS:
- Engineering, support, founders, community, and emerging GTM.
- For each role:
- Responsibilities
- Owned metrics
- Decision rights
- Review cadence
- Build first department hubs (Product, Support, GTM, Leadership).
- Create the central Knowledge Base, SOP structure, and recurring meeting system.
- Add ops consulting sessions focused on:

Phase 3: AI foundations team adoption (Weeks 9–12+)
- Build the Ops Hub so AI can reason over the business.

- Role-specific language
- Ops consulting sessions on:
- Preparing the org for growth
- Early GTM systems
- Hiring frameworks for your CRO / revenue leader

- SOPS and Training to gain adoption amongst your team.

All scheduling will be structured to work around the Dec–Jan holiday window without losing momentum.
4. Deliverables
You will receive:
- A fully implemented Company OS inside your Notion workspace.
- Vision + identity Hub, Annual Plan, Quarterly Plan, Roles Hub, Meetings Hub, and Knowledge Base.
- Product, Support, and GTM hubs with ownership, metrics, and workflows defined.
- A tailored operating model for growing from $400k ARR to multi-million ARR.
- Ops consulting for early GTM, team alignment, and scaling decisions.
- Post-project access to Mark & Damon for occasional strategic questions.
5. Investment
